J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. provides Owners with a comprehensive close out manual that documents the projects many facets, from permits to as-built drawings and warranty information. This information is contained in a Building Owner’s Manual that is created to provide a long term information resource.
Building Systems Training is performed by the Superintendent who will coordinate building system training for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety Systems. JMW will facilitate training for items such as the Fire Alarm System and Pool Room Equipment. The Superintendent documents the building’s systems, locating shut off valves, electrical disconnects and many other critical building system controls. This training process is often accompanied by videos/photos and written documents that can be used by the building management at a later date.
Warranty Management is continued by each Trade Partner providing a one year written guarantee of their work. Any defective item is investigated at the request of the Owner and corrected as necessary. J.M. Wilkerson Construction takes this portion of our services very seriously, and our team prides itself on continued Owner support and relationships.
Our goal is to provide a high quality project and to meet the expectations of the Owner’s goals and needs. Additional data and specifics of our Warranty work are listed in a detailed manual provided to the Owner’s representative at the conclusion of construction.
