ARC Tenant Build Out

J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. served as the general contractor for the ARC tenant build out at Two Barrett Lakes in Kennesaw, GA.

The scope of work for this interiors project included the demolition of 8,500 sq. ft. of existing office space including walls, ceilings and carpet.  Upon completion of all demolition, JMW’s teams combined 2 existing tenant spaces into one 8,500 sq. ft. office for new tenant ARC. The construction consists of 10 new offices, a new corporate conference room and a new work/copy room. JMW also remodeled the entire working space and corridors, redistributing HVAC, updated all existing lights, electrical and sprinkler system as part of the total scope of work.
