Excel Electrical Technologies

J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. served as the general contractor for Excel Electrical Technologies at Barrett Summit in Kennesaw, GA.

JMW’s interiors teams worked to increase the existing office space of Excel Electrical Technologies office space by 1,100 sq. ft. Teams then constructed 5 new offices and 1 work room.  Additional scope included the total renovation of all common areas throughout the 8,000 sq. ft. space. Construction of all new built-in desks and case work occurred as well as renovations to kitchen / break and conference room areas.  This project was completed while Excel remained open and in operation.  Our teams worked hard to minimize the disruption to their day to day activities and logged many after-hours shifts to complete the project on time and within the client’s budgets.
