GA Tech Task Order Projects
J.M Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. was selected as one of the on-site Task Order Contractors for GA Tech in Atlanta, GA.
JMW provides Hardscape / Landscape / Utility Services for the various projects, as needed. The Task Order Contractor also provides cost estimates and cost evaluation, value engineering recommendations, design analysis, constructability reviews, technical input on methods of construction, materials, details, and subcontractor bidding packages. The delivery method per job is lump sum. The scope of work includes, but not be limited to, demo, repaving, handrail installation, sidewalks, irrigation, concrete construction and streetscapes.
