Ice House Lofts
J.M. Wilkerson Construction provided all the specialty concrete work for the renovation of the old Atlantic Ice and Coal Co. in Decatur, GA.
Now known as The Ice House, the original building was gutted and remodeled to create 8 lofts over a restaurant. An addition to The Ice House added five stories of loft space and two levels of parking. The lofts range from 600sq ft to 1,650 sq. ft. The Ice House also includes a pool, fitness center, control access entries and garage parking.
