Juniper and Tenth High-rise ARRA Renovations

J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the contractor for the renovations to the Juniper & Tenth High-rise development in Atlanta, GA, managed by The Habitat Company out of Chicago, IL.

The project falls under The Atlanta Housing Authority (AHA) and HUD guidelines and is funded through the American Recovery and Investment Act.  Juniper & Tenth is an existing 14 story building. The project consists of improvements to the landscape, retaining walls, structural modifications, roof repairs and heavy maintenance and repair of existing venting and HVAC systems.  New lobby and public area renovations will be incorporated into various phases of construction along with electrical improvements and sprinkler system modifications.  This project will be renovated while the building is occupied and in service.
